Your tier is based on combined active project value — the total contracted or estimated value of projects currently in progress with us. Each tier is a flat monthly fee, so you know your cost up front with no surprises.
Included each quarter: 4 / 9 / 15 bid estimates and 3 / 8 / 12 change orders for Builder Essentials / Growth Builder / Builder Partner. Enterprise volume is sized to you. Anything beyond your quarterly allotment is billed per item at a flat rate, shown below.

HOW PRICING ADJUSTS
Tier changes: We discuss any move before adjusting your fee.
Busy periods: Estimates and change orders beyond your quarterly allotment are billed at a flat per-item rate for your tier.
Quarterly review: Short-term swings do not automatically change your tier.
